How Can We Improve This Excel Sheet for Better Information Tracking?

Please find attached the Excel Sheet. You can use it to track the information, which will cover almost all the details. This is the way I follow, and it helps me in getting updates as and when needed. I appreciate your ideas on improving this format by adding and deleting fields. I have updated the sheet and made a few changes. I hope I have now covered most of the details.

I think you should also add email ID, education details, past companies, and very importantly, both residence number as well as cell number.

It is very useful, Hari. Keep up the good work. Please include Temporary Address with Contact No and Permanent Address with Contact No. Otherwise, the details are complete.
