What is the eligibility for a new father to have paternity leave? How many days are allowed, and can you provide a legal answer?

Hi,

There is no law stating to give paternity leave in India. Employees in some central government organizations are awarded paternity leave. The employee is eligible for paternity leave after 80 working days.
