Fertility Treatment leave can be availed by all employees for a maximum of 2 weeks or 14 days (including weekends and public holidays) during their entire tenure at Fortanix. This leave can be taken both in breaks and continuously; however, the maximum cap of 14 days will remain. This will be a paid leave. The employee must attach relevant medical documents and approval emails to support the reason for availing of this leave.

The Fertility Treatment Leave Policy at Fortanix allows all employees, both male and female, to take a maximum of 2 weeks or 14 days of paid leave for fertility treatment purposes. This leave can be utilized intermittently or continuously, but the total duration cannot exceed 14 days. To avail of this leave, employees must submit relevant medical documentation and approval emails as proof. As per the Karnataka Shops and Establishments Act, this policy should be applicable to both male and female employees without discrimination.
