Regarding Non Contribution Day to fill in Form 11

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have resigned the job before 7 months and I am joining in new company this month.
Please let me know from where I have to find NCP while filling PF. Shall I know is it mandatory to fill it.

Hello there,
if you already left the company, you can update the date of exit and apply for PF, NCP is no where related to PF withdrawn.
