Greetings! My previous company was working on a road construction project, but the project was terminated. Before the termination of the project, the monthly salaries of all employees engaged in that project were delayed for five months.
Project Termination and Salary Issues
1. The project was terminated in August 2016.
2. Salaries were paid up to February 2016.
3. The company also did not deposit the PF contributions after February 2016.
4. As the PF amount is due, the company didn't mention the EPF End Date in the online portal.
5. Due to this, we are unable to process online withdrawals.
6. We discussed with the company that if they do not pay the pending amount, we can declare ourselves as left employees.
7. We applied for an advance online, which we received, but there is still a significant amount of money stuck in the PF.
May I request advice on the above subject matter?
