Hello Seniors, I'm working for a start up, where I would like to set the best work culture and policies.
I have referred few companies policies, their work culture as well. However, I would like to take more inputs from you, as your ideas and thoughts from your experience would be more helpful for me to come up with something great. The organization is into IT (a product based company), with a team size of 20 employees. The key areas I would like to concentrate are policies, employee benefits, work environment at office, etc.
