I have 8 years of experience in IT, first 3 Years in Company A and 5 Years in company B... After this I joined a company C (had a really bad experience just in 5 months.)
I got a call from new company D while working with C and I didn't show the experience of C in my resume due to its short span and issues. I just mentioned I left B due to some reasons and was searching for job from past 5 months. The new company gave me the offer. I resigned and had a smooth exit from C and will be joining D soon.
Will hiding the experience of C in my resume be found by new company D during background verification and have any issue? Will the UAN cause any issues? Please let me know..
