Feeling Stuck in a Fake Company: Can I Legally Skip the 3-Month Notice Period?

anshu-sethi
My company is not giving me much work, and they are laying off employees without any reason. Also, it's a fake company. So, I want to leave this job ASAP. I've submitted my resignation, but they have not yet accepted it. However, in the joining letter, the notice period is 3 months. Is there any legal way in which I can leave without serving the notice period?

Are they giving an appointment order for employment? Have they mentioned a three-month notice period in the appointment order? Please suggest a way out.

Since there is mentioned in the post that the appointment letter contains a three-month notice period, he has to serve the notice period before getting relieved. If there is a buyout option, he can pay three months' salary to get immediate relief subject to the employer's acceptance. Since the employer keeps mum on his resignation, it is better for the poster to indicate his willingness for a buyout for the sake of immediate acceptance of his resignation already submitted and early relief.

I've completed all my responsibilities. But it's been 7 working days, and they've not yet accepted my resignation letter. What do I do?

And there is no chance they'll provide me with all FNF documents after the completion of 3 months.
