current PF contribution by Employer

Some one can plz specify the current PF contribution by employer ( calaculations details )
is it 13% or 13.15% ?

Current contribution rate is 13%.

Hi,
Employee Contribution = 12% (3.67% PF+ 8.33% Pension)
PF Admin Charges = 0.5%
EDLI Admin Charges = 0.5%
Total = 13%.
