outsourcing staff working in autonomous bodies leave rules

sir i am working as office support staff through outsourcing agency now i want to know that do the outsourcing staff gets leaves if so any om or order please. and we are getting paid only for 26 days. looking forward for your kind reply as soon as possible.

Dear colleague ,
If your employer's
establishment is covered under the State shops and establishment Act/Rules, then you are entitled to minimum leaves as prescribed. Please check.
