Termination from a job in a private company (at State Level, with the PF Account belonging to Andhra Pradesh), I signed the termination letter on 22-05-2013. The letter cited misconduct on disciplinary grounds. Subsequently, I joined another private company (at State Level, with the PF Account being in Delhi). The issue arose during the background verification of my second company in Delhi, where they discovered details about my termination from the first company. They requested the termination letter, leading to my job being terminated on 22-01-2017 at my second company.
I have received my total PF amount from both companies. I have a question: if there is a termination or blacklisting in one state, would that prevent me from working anywhere? I seek your assistance with this matter and would appreciate receiving comprehensive information.
