Need Help Understanding Certified Standing Orders for Our 60-Employee Factory in Uttarakhand

Dear Professionals,

We have approximately 60 employees in our factory in Uttarakhand state. We have drafted standing orders and also displayed them at the security gate, but the local authority is asking for certified standing orders. I request all professionals to please help me out with this and let me know the applicability of this act in Uttarakhand state. Can anybody share Uttarakhand-related documents in reference to the certified standing order applicability?

The Standing Orders Act of 1946 is not applicable to your factory because you have fewer than 100 employees. Please follow the model Standing Orders for your factory.

However, local authorities are insisting that in Uttarakhand, the standing order certification is applicable for 20 or more employees. We are prepared to issue the challan.
