Which legislation (Acts or Rules) is applicable for an industry that uses pressure vessels of air compressor tanks to store compressed air?

For pressure vessel rules applicable in India, it is the "Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 1981." Kindly check for any new amendments. I am also attaching the document for your reference. The Factory Act and Petroleum Act reference this, but it should comply with the "Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 1981."
