I have two separate MSME unit (small scale industry). In one unit there are 21 employee(worker) and in 11 in second one. Some workers are spreading nuisance since 3-4 years. We need to terminate two worker from first unit and one from second. What will be safest legal process to be opt insuring sure termination.
Is there any MSME benefit. Should we give them 3 months notice (or 3 months wages with bonus, gratuity) and terminate.
