Can an LLB and MBA (HR) from Abroad Qualify You for a Labour Welfare Officer Role in Punjab?

Dear All,

Is anyone with qualifications in LLB (Professional) and MBA (HR) from abroad eligible for the position of Labour Welfare Officer?

According to the Punjab Labour Department, they did not mention any LLB qualification.
