How to file monthly EPF and ESI return for newly registered employer?

Dear All,
I have taken a new (Common EPF and ESI) registration on Shram Suvidha Portal in August 2019.
When I try to file Return on this portal it says ECR Module is under Maintenance. Today is 14th August 2019 and 15th August 2019 is last date.
I e-mailed help-Shram Suvidha and they suggested to use Unified Portal for EPF and ESI Return.
But I do not have log in for those portal as the registration facility is only available in https://shramsuvidha.gov.in/home only.
Kindly advise how can I file the monthly return at https://unifiedportal-emp.epfindia.gov.in/epfo/ and Employees' State Insurance Corporation - Portal Application

common registration is LIN
but both the departments allot code numbers and EPFO sent a link to generate your own login and password through the registered email
you can file the return in esic with login with LIN or code no,
you can file return in EPFO with login with LIN or generated login
or
you can file combo return at https://return.shramsuvidha.gov.in/user/login
