Struggling to File EPF and ESI Returns as a New Employer? Here's My Dilemma

Dear All,

I have taken a new (Common EPF and ESI) registration on the Shram Suvidha Portal in August 2019. When I try to file a return on this portal, it says the ECR Module is under maintenance. Today is the 14th of August 2019, and the 15th of August 2019 is the last date.

I emailed help-Shram Suvidha, and they suggested using the Unified Portal for EPF and ESI Return. However, I do not have a login for those portals as the registration facility is only available at https://shramsuvidha.gov.in/home.

Kindly advise me on how I can file the monthly return at https://unifiedportal-emp.epfindia.gov.in/epfo/ and Employees' State Insurance Corporation - Portal Application.

Common registration is LIN, but both the departments allot code numbers. EPFO sent a link to generate your own login and password through the registered email. You can file the return in ESIC with login using LIN or code number. You can file a return in EPFO with login using LIN or the generated login. Alternatively, you can file a combo return at https://return.shramsuvidha.gov.in/user/login.
