i want to have a discussion on travel policy. for example if someone went in other state from company side and company pay his all travel expense as per policy. But due to some personnel work he/she has return home on immediate basis. and he/she reurn home via air. but as per policy he is not eligible to travel through plane. Is company liable to pay ?
kindly also share travel policy in which where company can negotiate if employee return home due to personnel work.
