I am 2018 graduate i worked in a well known broking firm for 3 months then i left due to change in location of my job which cost me every time i say in a new interview should i hide my previous employment or this is the end of mine ?

Why you want to hide your previous employment details ? Hope you got relieved properly from your previous employer. If so, there is nothing wrong in sharing your past employment details with the future employer.
i will consider as job hopper therfeore just because of telling of that past 3 months i am getting a - ve point
