Worked in a broking firm for 3 months then left - in a new interview should i hide my previous employment?

I am a 2018 graduate. I worked in a well-known broking firm for 3 months, then I left due to a change in the location of my job, which cost me every time I mentioned it in a new interview. Should I hide my previous employment, or is this the end of my career?

Why do you want to hide your previous employment details? I hope you were properly relieved by your previous employer. If so, there is nothing wrong in sharing your past employment details with a future employer.

I will consider as a job hopper; therefore, just because of mentioning that in the past 3 months, I am receiving a negative point.
