Struggling to Withdraw PF: How to Handle an Unresponsive Former Employer?

I served in a company for four years and left my previous job in August 2014. My previous employer is not approving the correction of my KYC name spelling and not updating my date of joining and date of exit details. Due to this, I am unable to withdraw my PF fund. I have sent numerous emails requesting the approval of my details, but he has never responded to the emails. I have also tried contacting him via mobile, but he does not respond to my phone calls. Additionally, I have sent him my PF withdrawal form for signature three times, but he has not signed the forms. Kindly help me with what I should do in this regard.

Please file a grievance in the grievance portal of PF, and the PF officials will take it from there.

Dear sir,

I served in the company for four years and left the job in the month of August 2014. Although the company entered the Date of Exit, the Employer share was not deposited from May 2013 to August 2014. Kindly advise on what to do.
