could any one of you please me out in this matter, i being asked by the management to find out the info related salary benchmarking, (Grade wise salary offering in different companies) remuneration and other employee benefit among similar industries. We are working in our current policies. we are having offices in India, US and UK. Overall heacount is 2800. from where i can get those infos. is there are any companies who does surveys in the same. ?? Please suggest.
