DA Revision for 1.7.19 to 31.12.2019 is declared or not. I am working in Private limited company. Which category should I select from DA List i.e. Engineering Industry or Factory Act 1948 company. 60 workers present in company.please specify.
Depends on the location of the Factory, and the applicability of DA payable for that Factory / Engineering Industry.
Further the applicability / notification on dearness allowances, under Minimum wages act, by the State or Central government, as applicable for that Industry.
This details can be obtained from the local Labour Department of that State.
