Can we contribute PF for the Month of august and then mark the Date of Exit in PF as 25th July?

There is an Employee that left services in the Month of July. We will be performing his Full and final settlement in the Month of August. Query is :
Can we contribute PF for the Month of august and then mark the Date of Exit in PF as 25th July ( Her Last Working Day as per the release that we will issue). ?
Help on this will be highly appreciated

You have to do the same as you said.
Remit PF for July and Mark Exit on the date which the employee exits.
