Family Pension Dilemma: Will a Mother Still Receive Benefits if Her Son's Widow Remarries?

One of our employees worked in our organization for around 7 years. He was survived by his widow mother and his wife. He was the only son taking care of his mother and wife. Six months ago, he got married, and recently he passed away due to his illness. Will the mother of the deceased employee receive family pension after her daughter-in-law remarries?

In the case of the remarriage of the spouse, family pension will not be applicable to her. In the absence of the spouse, his children will receive the pension, and in their absence, dependent Father/Mother can claim the pension.
