EPS Family pension - If a mother of deceased employee will get family pension after her daughter in law remarries?

One of our employee worked in our organization around 7 years. He was survived with widow mother and his wife. He was only son taking care of mother and wife. 6 months back got married and recently he expired due to his illness. If a mother of deceased employee will get family pension after her daughter in law remarries?

In case of remarriage of the spouse family pension will not be applicable to her. In the absence of spouse, his children will get the pension and in their absence dependent Father/Mother can claim pension.
