To increase the manpower license, I need to ensure all legal compliance is met, such as hiring a Welfare Officer, setting up a dispensary room on the premises, having a 24-hour ambulance service, and hiring nursing staff. Once all compliance requirements are fulfilled, do I need to update our approved building plan and ensure the dispensary room is also approved?
