Dear all, am working as Head HRBP in telecom industry and wanted to do a certification course in Industrial Relations or Union Management. Kindly suggest me a suitable course or institute from where i can do this course in Bangalore, Chennai or Kochi.

You can opt for the diploma course ( PGDLA ) offered by the Tamilnadu Institute of Labor Studies, Chennai - 5. This an institution having the status of a deemed University run by the Govt of TN.
If I remember correct, it is offered in evening session mode as well as in distance mode.
