Once you start Placement Agency, create a profile about your Agency with your area of specialization details like Engineering / hospitality / Manufacturing etc. Then share it via social website and also share with your known contacts. Also make cold calls/visits to reputed companies and try to establish relationship. Refer news paper advertisements call the contact and share about details. This is how you can establish.
