please guide me is it fine to designate someone with experience in HR handling all the areas of HR like recruitment, employee relations, payroll etc.as HR Generalist
Assigning any designation to any employee shall be in accordance to the Organization structure and hierarchy model as followed by the Organization.
Designation's like generalist may create confusion in level of hierarchy and reporting communication.
