Dear Shivani, most of the contributions on salary structure are appropriate, especially in this esteemed group. A salary structure needs to have Basic + DA + HRA components (as per rates prescribed by state/central government) and PF/ESIC/PT/MLWF as per standard rates or at rates given by the respective state government.
