If Employee want to exclude from PF contribution

Dear All
Please Guide As per the current Pf calculation. If any employees salary is 15000/-Rs Or more than 15000. And he dont want to contribute in PF what is the process.

Hi,
If that employee is already an member of Provident Fund, you cannot exclude him from PF. However deducting PF for anything excess of 15000/- is optional and not compulsory.
