Struggling with Fake Experience for a Job Offer: Can I Create a New UAN Number?

anynomouys
Hi, I have an issue. Before that, let me briefly detail my background. I graduated in 2014, clearing some backlogs in 2017.

Current Employment Situation

I'm currently working at XYZ company and have received an offer from ABC company. To secure this offer, I included some fake experience from 123 company.

UAN and PF Account Details

I have a PF account with XYZ that is 2.4 years old and withdrew the money 4 months ago. My UAN number is linked only with my Aadhar, not my PAN card. Can I create a new UAN number? If not, please help me with this.

Background Story

I excel in one technical domain. After graduation, I faced challenges due to my backlogs and did not receive any job calls. During that time, I worked as a delivery boy and taught my friends technical skills to help them secure jobs, though I remained unemployed. After a year, I joined a small company as an EDP with an 8k salary, which was not related to my domain. Despite trying with genuine skills and experience, I was not hired. Even when I received calls, inquiries about my company led to interview cancellations. After two years of facing this issue, I resorted to using fake experience to secure a job. I understand this is wrong, but as a skilled candidate, I felt it was my only option to get employed.

Hi,

Submission of a fake certificate is not right or ethical, regardless of any justification you may have. If your Aadhar is already linked to your old Office UAN number, then your new employer will not be able to allot a new UAN. The website will show the availability of your last UAN.

How can I overcome this? Is there any other possibility because after a long wait, I got a job in a good MNC company.

Hi,

Okay. Please don't do this again. With regard to UAN, please check whether your past employer allotted any UAN number. If UAN has not been allotted, you will be in a safer zone. If UAN has already been allotted and is linked with Aadhar, then you have no other option.
