you can do your diploma in Labour and Administration law, a one year course which is available in most of the universities across india which will be helpful for your career growth.

After MBA in HR you can further enhance your qualification by doing courses related to HR like,
PGDPM & IR - Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
DLL & AL - Diploma in Labour Laws with Administrative Law
M.Phil - Labour Studies
MSW - Master of Social Work
LLB - Bachelor of Laws.
These are some of the courses which will be useful for your career. There is no boundary for education. All the best !
