Hi All,
Please suggest me out is lop will be reflect on probation period ?
For Example As per the our organisation here 90 day probation and no leave allowed during the probation. if someone take it, so it will be considered a LOP. one of my employee had took 10 day leave on his probation. ( ) so according to this, will notice period increased for 10 days or not ?

Hi Kalpna,
I think you have mixed notice period with Probation period. I presume your question is when somebody took leave during notice period whether notice period can extended or marked LOP. It depends, based on work and Policy of the employer

Thanks for your quick response. it's my fault actually i'm asking it for probation period only.

Hi,
Ok.Employer has the right to extend the probation period of the employee and can be confirmed at later date.

If a candidate has joined and we did not confirm, what is the procedure to terminate the candidate during the probation period ?

Hi,
It depends on your employment terms. Mostly for termination during probation, notice may not be there. Please check the appointment order issued to that employee.
