Minimum Wage in Maharashtra DA Special allowance w e f Jully 1 2019 to Dec 31 2019

The revised Minimum Wages are for Shop & Establishment or for all type of industries which are given the Notification of Special allowance for the period Jul-19 to December-19. Can somebody clarify it ?

how much percentage of basic plus VDA is equal to leave salary

Dear Gawar kar,
What is your question? What exactly you are trying to know? To arrive at %age you require 2 independent figures.
If you are giving 1 day leave per month then it is 3.85% i.e. 1/26 Daily wages.
If you are giving 1.5 day leave per month then it is 5.77% i.e. 1.5/26 Daily wages.

Is this VDA and DA are same for MH or do we have to pay MW DA(Rs.4565) on top of VDA

Pleas let me know what is the MW for Shop and establishment semi skilled employee include all component for Zone 1 .(Basic+DA+VDA+HR). Is it 10856+4565+130+772, please correct if i am wrong.
