Withdrawing PF Without a UAN Number

Can anyone help me withdraw my PF without a UAN number? I have an old PF that needs to be withdrawn, but the company has already been dissolved. PF slips and all PF forms have been submitted to the PF office in Delhi several times. However, they get rejected for some reason or another, and I still haven't received the PF amount.

Challenges Faced

I need to know how to proceed since there is no proper response on the phone. Initially, I could track the PF status on the website, but now it has become mandatory to check with the UAN number, and it is not reflecting or allowing me to generate the UAN number. Please suggest.

Members who were eligible for accounts slip in 2014 were allotted UAN. Thereafter, all employees got UAN. So, if the employee's account became dormant around 2011 or earlier, the department would face a little trouble finding their records. In such cases, they seek copies from the employer.
