Sir, I worked in a stockbroking company for 2 months and 10 days and resigned due to a health issue. Can I withdraw my PF? Please suggest me regarding this issue.
You can't withdraw your PF/Pension as you have only worked for 2 months. For less than 6 months of service, withdrawal is not allowed as per PF terms. The only option available is to transfer your PF/Pension to your future employer's PF account.
