Overworked and Underpaid: How Can We Address Lack of Overtime Pay and Safety in Our Company?

Hi, I am working in a private company with over 80 employees. We are working more than 45 hours a week, and the company is not providing overtime pay, PF, ESI, and lacks employee safety measures. Could you help me take the right action so that the lives of numerous employees can benefit? Thank you so much in advance.

48 hours per week is normal as per Indian labor rules. For other facilities, workmen have to discuss the issues with the employer. Grievances can be made to the concerned authority, but it may not favor employees much unless they are on good terms with the employer.
