At the time of taking loan, you had committed loan amount recovery from your monthly salary an amount of Rs/-, without clearing the loan amount you absconded to the duties from April Month onwards.
As on date you paid an Amount of Rs/- ,

We had repeatedly requested your through phone calls to clear the loan amount, till date you have not cleared loan amount, this is the last remainder to you to clear your loan amount, and otherwise company will initiate legal action against you.

Why you have posted this here not sure.. for information or for correction or for guidance ?
What was the value of money transferred you have not mentioned. Normally when value of such loan is more companies use to take self declaration from those employees who are borrowing money, in judicial stamp paper and also un dated cheques for security purpose. If not collected, alternatively, you may withhold his full and final settlement if any till he make the payment.
