Left the company on the last day of probation with one-day notice, but on the appointment letter, no notice period was mentioned. Still, the company has put my previous month's salary on hold. What should I do? Now, it's been over 1 month.

It's not ethical to leave an organization without giving time to breathe. Once your resignation has been accepted by the company, please speak to them and resolve the situation amicably.

I received a response via email stating that they no longer require my services, but they have placed it on hold. They also expressed interest in providing a notice period, but later mentioned it was not necessary. Despite this, they have also put my salary on hold. All communication regarding this matter has been conducted via email.

In such a scenario, you can send an email to the HR department asking for your FnF. If they have put it on hold, inquire about the reason for the hold, as it may be due to the fact that they no longer require your services and your notice period.

What will be the process to obtain my FnF and my previous month's salary? The owner has requested an NOC from the technical manager. However, the technical manager has already mentioned in the trail mail that services are not required.
