Hi, I am working in the Education E-learning industry. Regarding minimum wages, we have 12 employees working at a salary of $9,400 gross for the IT engineer profile. I received notification for the same in mid-February 2019. However, after discussing it with management, they are not convinced about the category, i.e., semi-skilled employee with a minimum wage of $9,504. Hence, the revision of the salary has been pending since January 2019. Now we have a query from the auditor regarding the same.
