Hi, I am working in Education- E-learning industry, regarding minimum wages we have 12 employees working at salary of 9400 gross, for IT engineer profile. I had got intimation for the same in the month of Feb 2019 mid, however i discussed with management about the same they are not convinced about the category i.e semi skilled employee - min wage is 9,504/- . hence it is left pending for revision of salary since January 2019. Now we have query from auditor for the same
