Roles as an HR fresher - What are the fields that I can opt other than Recruitment?

What are the fields that I can opt for other than Recruitment? Honorable seniors, please help me out with the topics and guide me on how I can update my knowledge in this field.

If you are a beginner, I suggest you go for internships at least at two different places first. This will add to your learning and growth in the field. Explore your interest in the subcategories of the field and then apply for jobs.
