Hiii , This is kapil behalf of my wife megha is working in IT Company as Software developer in indore , she joined oragnization in dec18 , that after completion probation period in feb 19 , then after blank cheque rs 2 lakhs by me to the HR deptt , this is service bond @ 3 years . But now company work culture is very bad, no timing to go home, she depressed very, team leader pinch her, so please help me to break service bond.
