Not getting my passbook on Member Login in EPFO

Dear Member's/Hr's
I joined the company in 2010 and left in 2015. Then again in June 2018, I rejoined the same company (New PF Account/UAN No. created)
For previous work duration:
Previous DOJ in EPF: 18/01/2010
Previous DOE in EPF: 18/03/2015
UAN no is Generated and the KYC docs, PAN Card and Aadhar Card, are updated and verified from IT Department and UIDAI Department respectively.
When I login-in to check balance in "Member Passbook", below mentioned message is displaying on, were the amount/balance suppose to be displayed:-
""Passbook not available to this Member-id as this pertain to exempted establishment (i.e. Trust).Requested to
contact your employer""
User Name and Password are correct
"Could anyone suggest what could be the problem and how to rectify it."
TO whom should I approach. My company HR Department are unable to help me.

trust based passbook is not available online, details are available with respective trust only

Please contact Trustees of your PF Account to get PF Statement.Contact HR Dept or your Colleagues.EPF is maintained in Trust.Only EPS Account is maintained in EPFO
