Confused About Missing EPFO Passbook? Here's How to Tackle This Issue

Dear Members/HR,

I joined the company in 2010 and left in 2015. Then again in June 2018, I rejoined the same company (New PF Account/UAN No. created).

For previous work duration:

- Previous DOJ in EPF: 18/01/2010
- Previous DOE in EPF: 18/03/2015

The UAN number has been generated, and the KYC documents, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card are updated and verified by the IT Department and UIDAI Department, respectively.

When I log in to check the balance in the "Member Passbook," the following message is displayed where the amount/balance should be shown: "Passbook not available to this Member-id as this pertains to an exempted establishment (i.e., Trust). Requested to contact your employer."

The User Name and Password are correct. Could anyone suggest what could be the problem and how to rectify it?

To whom should I approach? My company's HR Department is unable to help me.

Please contact the Trustees of your PF Account to get the PF Statement. Contact the HR Department or your colleagues. EPF is maintained in Trust. Only the EPS Account is maintained in EPFO.
