If background verification failed due to not providing the required documents to the new employer

Hello Team,
New Company has been started the BGV about my all last companies but My first company was start-up company and not provided the PF,Form-16 and Online salary
But next company is asking for the same and I provided the genuine Call Letter,OFFER LETTER,Work Exp Letter
How to pass this BGC can anyone help me
