If an employee is not satisfied with the management decision related to seating arrangements due to discomfort and the issue has not been properly heard and resolved by management and HR, can the employer ask the employee to resign immediately or terminate them?
Also, if the employer sends a resignation letter that is not accepted by the employee, can the employer still transfer money as notice pay? What measures should the employee take in response to this situation?
