Salary Dispute: Are We Responsible for Paying the Security Guard's Wages?

After payment of bills, the salary has not been paid to the guard by the agency. Now, the employees have approached the Labour Commissioner for their salary. Are we liable to pay the salary?

Please implead Security Agency as a necessary party to the dispute before the Labour Department. Furthermore, you can initiate action against the Security Agency as per the terms and conditions of the contract/agreement. As the Principal Employer, you have to ensure that contract employees are paid minimum wages on time.
