Hi, This is Srinu. I worked in a software company for 7 years and was released from that organization. Almost 4 months have passed since my date of release, but I have not received my gratuity. I have been communicating with them via email, and they mentioned that they are waiting for the final decision from LIC. Could you please guide me on how I can approach this situation?
