What Can You Do Legally if Your Company Won't Pay Your Full and Final Settlement?

What is the legal action by an employee if the company is not paying the full and final settlement?

If full and final settlement is not paid by the employer, the employee has to request the same in writing from the employer. In case of no response, the employee has the right to escalate the matter further through the Labour Inspector or the respective location.

You can register online to file a complaint with the labor inspector in your area. If necessary, go and meet with them to present your case. They will assist you in settling your case.
