Understanding Maternity Benefits: How Should Salary Components Be Calculated?

If the company is paying a salary of:

BASIC SALARY 10000

TRAVEL ALLOWANCE 4000

MONTHLY PROJECT PERFORMANCE BONUS 6000 and a yearly bonus of 90000 (once a year).

How much should the company pay as maternity benefit? Is it (10000+4000+6000)*6, or (10000+6000)*6, or simply 10000*6? Additionally, how much does the company need to pay as a yearly bonus, 90000 or 45000?

Basic Salary: $10,000

Travel Allowance: $4,000

Fixed Cost (My question is, do we need to provide Travel Allowance during maternity leave?)

Variable Cost:

Monthly Project Performance Bonus: $6,000

Yearly Bonus: $90,000 (per year)
