My company decided i'm not capable for my job because I'm taking leave for my wedding... company send me msg please give me resignation.
What will be good step for me please suggest.
Only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches. Only the poster knows the reason for such a drastic move by the management. I don't think that any employer would so indifferent to decide the employee incapable for his job just because he is on leave for his wedding and ask him to put down the papers. The poster should have some self-introspection about his employability. At times one should prefer a smooth and peaceful exit when the going is good.
