Salary Break Up Xls Download

Hi team,
I wanted to create a salary structure where the CTC includes lot of benefits to the candidates in long run eg. Bonus as per the EBITA, LTA etc. Which will give a higher CTC , medium take home on monthly basis but a wholesome amount at the end of the year / years.
Can some one be able to help me with such a structure please.
